I try to bring down costs by up-cycling and reusing boxes and packing supplies I receive from other mail.

However! I will only reuse materials in good condition! This will not affect the safety of your package in transit.

Unfortunately, as such a small business I cannot provide free shipping without increasing item prices equally, and I'd prefer to be transparent about where your money is being split.

I do my best to make shipping prices as fair as possible, and I make no profits from them.

Made items: about 3 days processing

Made to order/custom orders: depends on the item and schedule. We will work out a timeline together of when things can be expected.

Cancellations: I accept cancellations within 6 hours of purchase.

Returns: Case by case basis.

I try very hard to make the photos accurate representations of the products. They look similar across my monitors, iPad and phone which is a good indicator of consistency.  

However, I cannot control other people’s monitors and brightness settings. This can affect colour and vibrancy of what you are seeing.

So please just be aware that there might be some discrepancies, especially in the vibrance of a picture from a screen that is casting out light, and an object in reality that is reflecting light.
